Not yet. The provider confirms or declines, and you see the update in your dashboard.
What happens if the provider cancels?
They have to give a reason, and it is shown to you with the cancellation.
How do I pay a provider?
Payment is arranged with the provider directly. Pet Assured doesn't take payments on this site.
What do the provider checks mean?
Identity means we matched their ID to the account. Credentials means we sighted their licence or qualification. Neither guarantees the quality of a particular visit.
Breeding or rehoming pets?
List with Pet Assured and buyers see exactly what we have checked. We review every listing, inspect in person for sales, and handle the conversation for you.
