What we collect
Your name, email and, if you give it, your mobile number. Messages you send through enquiries, appointments and the contact form. For contributors and providers, the identity and business documents you upload so we can carry out checks.
How we use it
To run your account, pass messages between buyers and contributors without sharing contact details, carry out and record checks, arrange orders and delivery, and keep an audit log of important actions.
Who can see it
Contributors see an enquirer’s first name and message, never their email or phone. Identity and business documents are visible only to Pet Assured staff. A buyer can see the vaccination record and delivery video linked to their own certificate.
This browser
Your sign-in is kept in your browser’s local storage, along with your shortlist. Clearing site data removes both.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information through the contact form. Some records, such as the audit log of checks and orders, are kept so the history of a sale stays accurate.
